Finance Systems Analyst

We are looking for a dynamic self-driven Finance Systems Analyst, with technical knowledge in Netsuite and other financial systems, to join our Finance Applications team.

The position requires hands-on involvement, implementation of best practices, project management skills, assertiveness, innovation, coping with a fast-paced environment, and using exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into system enhancements.
• Planning and executing system upgrades, including testing, training, and change management activities.
• Extract, analyze, and manipulate financial data from various sources to support business data migration and decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain financial system documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials.
• Manage end-to-end implementation projects through all project lifecycle phases.
• Provide day-to-day support for Guesty’s financial systems, ensuring their smooth operation and resolving any system-related issues.
  
  

• Hands-on experience working with Oracle Netsuite ERP and other financial systems (experience working with Zuora Billing is a significant advantage).
• Understanding of end-to-end financial business processes both on the revenue and payable side.
• Advanced Excel / G-suite knowledge.
• Proficiency in SQL or other database management tools for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience and knowledge working with integration tools and understanding of API integrations - a significant advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial engineering, or equivalent degree.
