Assistant Controller

What you’re applying for

We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Controller to join our growing Finance team. The Assistant Controller will be responsible for day-to-day financial tasks such as financial reporting, creating and analyzing financial statements, managing accounting processes, budgeting, and more

In this role you will

• Take a significant part in the process of closing the reporting periods (monthly, quarterly, and annually) under US GAAP
• Assist with the preparation of the monthly management reporting package, including analysis of period trends and highlights
• Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements and tax return reports
• Ensure compliance with international regulations, including Federal Tax, State Tax, Sales Tax, and VAT
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP statutory guidelines and internal financial policies and procedures
• Perform ongoing data control to ensure proper posting in books
• Support accounting and finance-related projects as needed

What we're looking for

• CPA with Big 4 experience – a must
• 3+ years of relevant work experience, with at least one year as an assistant controller
• Knowledge and experience with US-GAAP
• Good knowledge of Israeli tax and tax reporting experience
• Great interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task with the ability to work independently
• Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew.
• Excellent Excel and Office skills
