Field Devops Team Leader

About The Position

Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform transforming how businesses process and understand their data. Our unique architecture powers in-stream analytics without reliance on expensive indexing or hot storage. We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, traces and security events with features such as APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring and more, all enhancing operational efficiency and reducing observability costs by up to 70%.

We are looking for a Field DevOps Engineer Team Leader to join our highly experienced global team in the R&D department. The role embodies the critical intersection of technical expertise and a focus on customer satisfaction.

This role is tasked with managing the global team of Field DevOps engineers, helping Coralogix customers with integrating their environment and providing solutions for escalations and complicated technical challenges

Responsibilities

• Act as technical-escalation point of contact for complicated issues and design requirements
• Design/Implement solutions and customizations to cover temporary gaps in the product
• Solve issues and maintain our current integrations
• Share best practices amongst team members including keeping internal/external knowledge databases updated
• Handle multiple competing priorities and high impact escalations simultaneously
• Work closely with multiple teams (TAM, CSE, SE) to resolve customer escalations and evolve the Coralogix consumer platform.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent years of experience
• 5+ years of proven experience in DevOps or similar position
• 2+ years of experience as a team leader
• Experience with cloud environments, AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker containers
• Understanding of networking - from networking layers to different networking protocols (http, grpc, ssl)
• Experience with infrastructure as a code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
• Have strong English reading and writing skills, including the ability to clearly explain and document the work they have performed in written form.
  
  

• Programming skills in multiple languages (Go, Rust, C#, Java, Python, NodeJS, etc.)
• Production experience in a SaaS environment
• Metrics, Logging, Tracing
• Troubleshooting production systems
