Technical Project Manager

hirdEye-Systems, A leading company specializing in advanced computer vision and AI applications for drones and autonomous robots, is looking for a new teammate to join our innovative R&D team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Leading the development project within the engineering body and being responsible for all aspects of project development (schedule, budget, and quality).
• Responsibility for pricing development components, defining the development budget with detailed work breakdown.
• Managing and controlling the development work plan and meeting milestones.
• Leading the development phase initiation and conducting design reviews during development phases.
• Making engineering decisions within the project framework.
• Responsibility for the product, managing engineering deliverables.
• Matrix management within the organization.
• Acting as the technical point of contact (POC) for project aspects with matrix stakeholders, program managers, and operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering - Electro-Optics / Electronics / Mechanical.
• Experience in developing complex multi-disciplinary systems.
• Experience in / familiarity with electro-optical systems - an advantage.
• Team player with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to learn independently.
• Systemic perspective, capability to lead and guide multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate employees.
• High proficiency in English.
