Onsite IT Technician

Role:

Supporting end-users as well as remote L3 teams, you will be assigned various tickets (ServiceNow) throughout the day. Typically you will provide expertise and support for:

• Workplace / desktops, laptops, software and hardware, Outlook, M365, etc
• Windows 7-11 corporate network environment (need to be familiar with Active Directory)
• Mobile devices
• Multimedia equipment in meeting and conference rooms
• Multi-Functions Printers
• Collaborative tools
• Hands and Eyes (under Level 3 guidance) in server rooms
• IT Hardware inventory management

Location: 3 days in Tel Aviv and 2 days in Rehovot (fully onsite)

Requirements:

• 18 months of IT experience in Enduser Support.
• Professional experience within large corporations.
• Excellent time management skill.
• Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products.
• Familiar with ticketing system.
• Ability to build relationships.
• Fluent English and Hebrew languages.
