Production Engineering Manager

Masav (Bank Clearing Center Ltd.) operates the "Charges, Credits and Payment Transfers" system, which is the main payment system in Israel.

We are searching for a Production Engineering Manager to join our company!

Role Duties:

Ongoing management of the teams responsible for the day-to-day activity of the company's production systems.

Responsible for the activity of the company's website .

Responsible for integration and production team.

Responsible for integration tests with partners and customers, and for activities such as monitoring the systems and implementing upgrades.

Responsible for repairs in the production environment.

Requirements:

5 years of proven experience in team management

Familiarity with the world of integration and customer support

Experience working with infrastructure systems and application systems that operate 24/7

Good technological understanding

Good human relations

Identifying failures and implementing strategies to prevent problems in production and reduce risks

Solving problems in real time and responding to technical and operational problems

Willingness to work at unusual hours

Management and leadership ability, authority, responsibility, assertiveness, good interpersonal communication, understanding and inclusion of many employees and intermediate levels
