We are an innovative startup operating in stealth mode, and we're on a mission to crack one of the most challenging problems in the field of soft skills assessment. Despite the advancements of 2024, even the OECD's latest review in June 2024 highlighted the lack of an effective tool to measure soft skills over time—and this is where you come in.

We are seeking a Co-Founder & CTO who is a technology enthusiast, ready to dive into a groundbreaking challenge that others have yet to solve. If you’re passionate, driven, and hungry to make a real impact—this is the opportunity for you.

What We’re Looking For:

• Technical Mastery:
• Full-stack development of web and mobile applications (front-end & back-end).
• Expertise in designing and implementing database architecture, APIs, and overall system design.
• Hands-on experience ensuring optimum performance, availability, and security of systems.
• Bonus: Experience with complex system builds such as dashboards, data-driven applications, and bots.

• POWER Skills:💪
• Strong systemic vision and familiarity with the startup and ecosystem world.
• Ability to balance hands-on technical work in the early stages with the transition to managing a growing team.
• Ability to manage a technical team, including mentoring and leading interns.
• Comfortable presenting at conferences, meetups, investor meetings, and other platforms, representing the technological side of the business.
