Mechanical Design Team Leader

Position Overview: The hands-on mechanical engineering leader will join as a company employee to ensure the precise development of products. This role requires expertise in the development and execution of metal based mechanical mechanisms design, involving electrical motors and emphasis on designing high precision metal mechanical parts combined with electrical step-motors. The candidate will have experience in hands-on metal design using SolidWorks, ability to mentor team members as to the preferred mechanical design solutions and previously lead projects and mechanical r&d engineers.

Qualifications:

1. Mechanical/aeronautics engineering.

2. Strong proficiency in design of large systems with high precision metal parts with techniques such as cnc, extrusion, sheet metal.

3. Good understanding of motor driven mechanisms.

4. Advantage to experience in managing a team of rnd designers.

5. Experience in handling multiple simultaneous design projects.

6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
