Role Description

• Characterization and analysis of complex systems from the initiation stage to the go-live, proven characterization and management capabilities and advanced technological knowledge.

Qualifications

• Relevant education 
• At least 4 years of experience in managing computing and technology projects
• Extensive proven experience in analyzing and characterizing complex systems
• Experience in managing and leading a team
• Experience in project management in the government sector
• Experience in including all factors in a project: characterization, development, QA and infrastructure.
• Experience in project management in Agile methodology
• Experience in planning and designing a data structure
• Proven knowledge and experience in user experience analysis and design
• Willingness to work hard during busy periods
