The opportunity

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel

The VP of IT Corporate Functions will provide innovative leadership in the vision, strategy, development and implementation of the corporate IT systems, services, and solutions that support the strategic objectives of the organization. This executive will be the information technology lead, fostering strong partnerships with corporate function stakeholders to enable their strategy through innovative IT solutions. The role includes overseeing the IT operations for corporate functions, ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective technology services, and driving digital transformation initiatives. The VP will champion collaboration across departments to ensure that IT initiatives align with business goals and deliver tangible value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT strategies that align with the company's and corporate functions’ business goals and objectives.
• Lead the IT department, including collaborating with infrastructure, enterprise applications, and digital and data teams, to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify, recommend, and implement new technology solutions that improve business processes and decision-making.
• Manage the IT budget, forecast technology trends, and partner with Corporate Function stakeholders to prioritize IT projects.
• Ensure the security and compliance of IT systems with industry standards and regulations.
• Assess organizational needs and continue to develop the Corporate Functions IT team skills and capabilities
• Bring technology thought leadership to Corporate Functions and drive innovation and continuous improvement of IT services and operations.
• Provide leadership and direction to IT teams, fostering a culture of high performance, agility, and collaboration.
  
  

Your Experience And Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA or a strong finance background/orientation is advantageous.
• Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, preferably within a corporate functions environment.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, digital platforms, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent strategic planning, project management, and budgeting skills with a finance orientation.
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities to effectively manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with digital transformation initiatives and change management.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to drive innovation and leverage technology to enhance business performance.
  
  

Work Environment

This position may require occasional travel to support business needs and technology implementations across various locations.
