High-tech company specializing in autonomous vehicle development. The company focuses on developing a lidar sensor that performs 3D scanning from a distance and provides a real-time image of the vehicle’s surroundings.
The office is located in the Sharon area, with the possibility of one work-from-home day per week.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 3-4 Computer Vision Algorithm researchers. Mentor and guide team members to achieve their targets and foster a collaborative, innovative work environment.
- Lead the architecture of the team’s solutions. Track developments closely and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Act as the technical front-facing representative with customers, addressing their needs and providing expert guidance.
- Work closely with the SW embedded team to create comprehensive end-to-end solutions with well-defined handover processes.
Requirements
- Educational Background: MSc in a relevant domain (Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering)
- 3 years of experience managing a computer vision algorithms engineering team
- 5 years of hands-on experience developing computer vision algorithms
