We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead Angular Expert to join our team. If you are passionate about front-end development and have a deep understanding of Angular, this is an exciting opportunity to lead and innovate in the fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Development Efforts: Oversee the design and development of a complex client system, transitioning from a mono-repo to loosely coupled components.
• Technical Leadership: Guide the team in adopting best practices, writing technical design documents, and conducting design review meetings.
• Innovation: Research and implement new technologies and tools to maintain high-quality standards.
• Performance & Security: Tackle technical challenges related to performance, fault tolerance, security, and live production issues.
• End-to-End Ownership: Be involved in all stages of development, from design through deployment and production ownership.

Position Requirements:

• Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant field.
• Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, Angular, TypeScript, ES6, semantic HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with microservices architecture is a plus.
• Leadership Experience: 1+ years in a tech lead or similar role, with a proven ability to mentor and guide team members.
• High Standards: Commitment to high coding standards and best practices.

Additional Advantages:

• Fintech Experience: Prior experience in the fintech domain.
• Mobile Development: Familiarity with mobile development practices.
• CI/CD: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and Agile methodologies.
• Monitoring Tools: Knowledge of monitoring services like Splunk, Mixpanel, etc.
• Performance Systems: Experience with high-performance and low-latency systems.
