Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Building, monitoring, and controlling budgets and projects.
• Conducting feasibility studies, project pricing, and preparing price proposals.
• Assisting in contract preparation and negotiation with external entities.
• Managing the payment and collection systems, accounting system, and financial reporting.
• Preparing statistical and financial reports periodically.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• At least 3 years of experience in financial management within a university or similar financial systems.
• Knowledge of computerized information systems and proficiency in Office applications.
• Proficiency in Hebrew and a good command of English.
• Strong organizational skills, initiative, and high service orientation.
