Software Team Manager

We're looking for a .NET Team Lead to join our large security company in North District Israel.

Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support

-Oversee the development of software solutions

-Design, develop, and maintain microservices and cloud-based applications

-Conduct code reviews and mentor team members

-Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of tasks and milestones

Requirements:

• 5 years of hands-on experience in software development using .NET and C#
• Experience in management or leadership experience
• Experience with microservices architecture and cloud environments
• Experience working with multidisciplinary products - an advantage
