CISO

SDEMA group is seeking a highly experienced and motivated CISO for one of our customers.

The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the customer information security strategy and will work closely with executive leadership to ensure that the organization's information assets are protected from threats and vulnerabilities.

Key Responsibilities

·      Cybersecurity Strategy and Vision: Formulate and execute innovative strategies for next-gen technologies.

·      Security Architecture: Design and maintain security

·      Incident Response Leadership: Swiftly collaborate to mitigate security incidents.

·      Threat Detection and Monitoring: Proactively identify and address emerging cyber threats.

·      Security Awareness and Training: Foster a strong security culture and implement tailored training programs.

·      Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Evaluate and enhance security posture, including penetration tests.

Qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

·      5+ years of experience as a CISO in large organizations.

·      Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred.

·      Strong understanding of information security principles, frameworks, and best practices.

·      Experience with a variety of security technologies.

·      Knowledge of cloud security and emerging technologies.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

·      Strong leadership and management skills.

·      Fluency in English (Another European language is a Plus).

·      Willingness and ability to travel frequently for business meetings and to visit remote locations.
