Solutions Engineer

Our solution analyzes tens of thousands of data points, including sales, returns, conversions, and inventory at the product level, and identifies/ executes, in real-time, the optimal actions to maximize business profit.

We’re looking for a highly-collaborative customer facing Solution Engineer with strong entrepreneurial spirit and e-commerce experience, to join our small but mighty team. 

What You’ll Do:

• Own It: From customer specifications to production usage. You’ll take charge of understanding the customer’s unique needs, and translate them to configuration and customizations.
• Handle the Big Stuff: Work with large datasets and complex calculations, ensuring our system runs coherently, smoothly and efficiently in real time.
• Innovate: Always think about how we can do things better. Bring your ideas and make them happen.
• Solve Problems: Tackle challenges head-on with a positive and a strong can-do approach.

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of experience in solution engineering, preferably within the e-commerce or ERP domains.
• Excellent inbound and outbound communication skills, with the capacity to patiently interact with multicultural technical and nontechnical customers.
• Experience in customizing software solutions to meet unique client’s requirements, including data ingestion, workflows, complex configurations, user interfaces, SQL, reporting etc. (e-commerce Major plus)
• Very good English communication skills
• Basic experience in Python, node.js, AWS and databases
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: You’re independent, proactive, and love solving problems on the fly.
• Customer Focus: You’re passionate about customer satisfaction, with an eye for details and quality delivery, as well as the heart to provide support during critical incidents.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
