System Administrator for a Security Company

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced System Administrator specializing in Windows systems to join our IT team at a leading security company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining Windows systems within the organization, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to company employees.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Windows servers and virtual environments
• Install, configure, and update Windows operating systems
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
• Maintain data backup and recovery systems
• Monitor and oversee IT systems and servers
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support to internal employees
• Participate in technology projects and upgrade existing systems

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a System Administrator in a Windows environment – required
• Security clearance – a significant advantage
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory
• Experience managing virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Familiarity with backup systems such as Veeam, Backup Exec
• Knowledge and experience with network protocols and communication infrastructure
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
