Fundraising Investor Relations Specialist

Buligo Capital, a publicly traded real estate investment firm, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Investor Relations Specialist to join our team in Israel (Ramat Gan).

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully raising funds for real estate investment vehicles from various investors (High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and family offices) and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Fundraising Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies targeting HNWIs and family offices to meet the fund's capital raising goals.
• Investor Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors, acting as the primary point of contact for all investor-related communications.
• Investor Education: Provide accurate and up-to-date information on the fund's performance, investment strategy, and market trends to educate and inform investors.
• Due Diligence: Coordinate and manage the due diligence process for prospective investors, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are provided in a timely manner.
• Networking and Events: Represent The Company at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to expand the investor network and promote the fund's offerings.
• Market Research: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and investor preferences to refine fundraising strategies and identify potential opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in raising funds from various type of investors (HNWIs and family offices) for real estate investment vehicles.
• Expertise in Investor Relations: In-depth knowledge of investor relations practices, investor psychology, and effective communication strategies.
• Real Estate Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate market, investment vehicles, and relevant industry trends.
• Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with investors, industry professionals, and key stakeholders.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey investment concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Results-Oriented: Goal-driven mindset with a focus on achieving fundraising targets and delivering measurable results.
• Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the investment management industry.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field. Additional certifications or qualifications in finance or investor relations will be considered a plus.
