Failure Analysis Engineer

A leading semiconductor company seeks an FA engineer/technician for its Qualification Engineering team.

Job Description

• Perform non-destructive examinations of PCBs and IC components using Optical Microscopes, X-Ray, CSAM, etc.
• Prepare and process test specimens.
• Identify defects using advanced tools like SEM, EDS, and FIB.
• Compile failure analysis reports.

Minimum Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Material Engineering, Physics, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of failure analysis experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Self-motivated with a strong ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with solid interpersonal abilities.
