Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Energy Storage Engineer to join our team.

If you have a strong background in developing batteries, supercapacitors, or related technologies and are eager to contribute to a young and ambitious startup, we want to hear from you! You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing our energy storage solutions, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to bring our innovative products to market.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and test new energy storage solutions, including batteries and supercapacitors.

* Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in energy storage materials and technologies.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, product development, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless integration of energy storage systems into our products.

* Analyze data and troubleshoot issues to improve the reliability and longevity of energy storage devices.

* Participate in the scaling up of prototypes to production-level systems.

* Contribute to the development of patents and technical documentation related to energy storage innovations.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.

* 3+ years of experience in developing batteries, supercapacitors, or other energy storage technologies.

* Strong knowledge of physics, electrochemistry, materials science, and energy storage systems.

* Hands-on experience with battery/supercapacitor design, testing, and optimization.

* Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations for energy storage devices.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
