Head of Development

We are seeking a Head of Development to lead technological initiatives within the department and manage a development team.

Job Description

• Plan, organize, and prioritize activities within your domain, ensuring smooth execution.
• Lead a development team: mentor staff, provide training, set goals, track progress, release versions, and resolve issues.
• Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring quality, meeting deadlines, and maintaining client communication.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners.
• Perform hands-on development with C# and Angular across multiple projects.
• Drive innovation, introduce new technologies, and optimize processes throughout the system lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in C# and Angular development.
• Proven experience in managing teams and projects.
• Strong analytical and systemic thinking skills.
• Ability to stay updated on the latest technologies (e.g., Microsoft, Google, SQL).
• Excellent communication skills with both internal teams and end-users.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
