V.P of Marketing (Cyber Security)

Hi, I am looking for an Experienced VP of Marketing for a cybersecurity company. 

Are you the creative, data-driven candidate willing to expand the Marketing department and take it to the next level?

A strategic thinker (willing to take on hands-on tasks if necessary), Proven experience in Marketing is a must, experience with working with Product Marketing, sales, and Business Development, leading growth-driven marketing programs, mastering a range of marketing professions, including demand generation, content marketing, branding, public relations, analyst relations, channel marketing, marketing analytics, and events. Strong background in helping drive sales forward. 

Responsible for defining and implementing the marketing and growth programs, working closely with Sales and Channel Partners' team leaders. In charge of the marketing budget, building a winning team, and onboarding the external resources required to deliver on the marketing plans developed.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the organization's global marketing strategy

Gather customer, competitor, and market intelligence data to facilitate the creative design and management of a modern marketing strategy

Partner with Sales and Product to create scale and differentiated demand

Drive vision and integrated channel strategies for growth marketing efforts to exceed sales targets

Build a world-class brand with a focus on North America

Planning and managing the execution of multi-tiered digital marketing campaigns.

Supervise marketing events and launches to network with industry professionals.

Monitor industry trends, schedule meetings, and share new information with the team.

Closely monitoring competitors' successes and failures and learning from them.

As a senior leadership team member, this individual will report to the CEO and work closely with other stakeholders to ensure effective marketing results.

Lead a global marketing team and delegate tasks fairly.

Requirements:

• ●MBA in business management.
• At least five years of experience as a Marketing VP -is a must.
• Cyber Security background.
• ●10+ years of experience running diverse B2B marketing programs.(Especially the American market)
• ●Proven managerial experience as VP of Marketing.
• ●Deep understanding and practical experience with SEO, digital marketing, and customer acquisition tools and strategies.
• ●Strong leadership skills and the ability to make difficult decisions.
• ●Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• ●Excellent English (additional languages – an advantage).
• ●Ability to travel.
