Configuration Management Engineer

Exciting Opportunity: Configuration Management Engineer!

Are you passionate about engineering processes and ready to take on a key role in a dynamic Operations team? We’re on the lookout for a Configuration Management Engineer to help drive our product from development to mass production!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Configuration Management: Oversee product configuration, documentation, and engineering processes from NPI to Mass Production.
• Manage Change Processes: Handle end-to-end change management, including ECRs, ECOs, and Deviations.
• Handle BOM Management: Oversee product configuration and Bill of Materials.
• Coordinate Data Transfer: Ensure smooth data transfer to subcontractors and global production sites.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with R&D, QA, OPS, and business teams.
• Drive Process Improvement: Enhance engineering processes with R&D and Operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in BOM and Change Management: Preferably with electronic or mechanical products in multidisciplinary companies.
• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering.
• Proficiency in PLM Platforms: Familiarity with methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Experience with Subcontractors and Customer Interfaces.
• Knowledge of Production Technologies.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.
• Self-Starter: Capable of working independently and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
