The role

As our CTO, you will be the driving force behind our technological innovation and strategic direction. You'll lead a team of talented engineers, architects, and data scientists, ensuring we remain at the forefront of fintech innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape and execute our technology strategy, aligning it with our business objectives
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment
• Drive architectural decisions to ensure scalability, security, and performance
• Lead R&D efforts, exploring emerging technologies like AI and blockchain for financial applications
• Collaborate with product and business teams to translate market needs into technical solutions
• Manage and mentor a diverse, high-performing technical team
• Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment
• Ensure robust cybersecurity measures and compliance with financial regulations
• Represent the company's technological vision to investors, partners, and at industry events

Qualifications:

• 15+ years in software development, with at least 10 years in senior leadership roles
• Proven experience in fintech, preferably with exposure to accounting or ERP systems
• Strong background in cloud technologies, microservices architecture, and API design
• Deep understanding of data security, especially in financial contexts
• Experience with AI/ML applications in finance is a significant plus
• Track record of successful product launches and scaling operations
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills in English; Hebrew proficiency is advantageous
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus
