The position entails listening to recorded calls made by our customer service team to ensure that all matters are being handled in compliance with company policies. Detailed reports are written in order to address trends and areas for improvement.

• Mother-tongue English
• Proficient typist with a high-level writing ability
• Excellent listening skills with the ability to pay high attention to detail
• Independent and analytical thinker
• Self-motivated and capable of maintaining a high level of productivity (edited)
