In one sentence

As a Sales Operations Professional, you will be part of the Amdocs Partners Business Operations team, overseeing the end-to-end third-party procurement processes. Your key responsibilities will include managing vendors, handling vendor onboarding and qualification, issuing purchase orders, processing, and paying vendor invoices with high accuracy. You will be working in a dynamic environment.

What will your job look like?

• Responsible for vendor management domain such as: vendor set up, vendor qualification, compliance processes and maintaining the third-party vendor data base.
• Creating and processing purchasing request and purchasing orders to the partners
• Analyzing and control all third-party data and KPI’s.
• Supporting the business in all third-party sales issues.
• Processing invoices and tracking the vendor payments.
• Uploading the contracts to Ariba system and managing the signatory processes
• Managing employee in India, responsible to track his tasks and ensure accuracy.
• Issuing reports from the Tableau and analyze it per request.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering/ finance/ economics or another related field
• 2 – 4 years of experience in Operation/ Finance Operation/ Procurement roles.
• Hands on experienced with SAP tool
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent excel skills.
