Director of Operations

A leading medical device company is seeking an Operations Director.

Job Description:

• Oversee the entire company supply chain.
• Manage the purchasing department, including purchasing raw materials for production, systems, and service parts from external contractors, and defining purchasing policies.
• Plan and manage production processes, including controlling external contractors, planning production according to expected sales, and controlling production performance.
• Manage two production departments, including reviewing production planning, issuing production order plans, and meeting the ongoing needs of the sales team.
• Manage logistics control, including import, export, warehouse management and control, and product packaging for shipment.

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience in the medical device industry - an advantage.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Flexibility and creativity in finding solutions.
• Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in English.
