Business Intelligence Developer

Join our dynamic team of 8 BI Developers and Project Managers, responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing BI and DWH processes in both cloud-based and on-premises environments. This role offers a unique blend of teamwork and independence, as you'll work closely with development and analytics teams to implement complex data-driven solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize BI and DWH processes across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Create and maintain ETL processes using Microsoft BI tools (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Power BI).
• Design and implement analytical models in Power BI / Analysis Services.
• Collaborate closely with development and analytics teams to implement sophisticated data-driven solutions.
• Work on cloud projects involving Azure Datalake, Data Factory, and Databricks.
• Provide real-time troubleshooting and support for existing processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in the DATA field.
• Proficiency in DWH loading processes (Upsert, Staging, Mirroring).
• Expertise in Microsoft BI Stack tools (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Power BI).
• Experience in data modeling within DWH environments.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, especially Azure Datalake, Data Bricks, and Data Factory – a significant advantage.
• Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently on assigned projects.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize existing processes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders.
