Delivery Manager

One of our clients, a leading data-centric company, is looking to hire a highly skilled Delivery Manager to oversee and manage customer engagements around data deliveries. The ideal candidate will ensure that all customer deliveries occur on time and meet high-quality standards. This role requires close collaboration with Account Executives, Customer Success teams, R&D, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Deliveries: Oversee the entire delivery process, from initial alignment with customers to final data handover.
• Coordinate R&D and Ops: Ensure smooth onboarding and delivery by managing agile processes and resolving roadblocks.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align on customer needs and improve communication.
• Process Improvement: Identify and address bottlenecks, driving continuous improvements.
• Future Planning: Develop processes to manage mid and long-term customer engagements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Keep all stakeholders informed on delivery status and challenges.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in delivery management, R&D project management, or a similar role, preferably in a data-centric environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Experience working directly with clients or in customer success roles.
• Experience collaborating with R&D and Product teams in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of data-heavy operations and complex data flows.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
