PMO

Bagira is looking for a or a passionate, creative, and collaborative PMO who will take part in our Marketing, Sales & Programs operations in our new office in Modii'n. As a PMO in this position you will contribute to existing programs and projects, while providing support to the development of new initiatives aligned with company and client goals.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track projects and work plans.
• Support Marketing & Sales Director and SVP Programs with their daily routines, plans and strategy.
• Define and improve methodologies, processes, tools, and procedures to enhance organization efficiency.
• Actively managing visits of foreign delegations to Israel.
• Undertaking daily tasks to ensure the functionality, coordination, and collaboration of the department’s activities.
• Planning, coordinating, and monitoring activities and tasks.
• Manage relevant application and data bases to support the programs.
  
  

• Previous experience as a PMO/ project management is an advantage
• Previous experience in the field of marketing – is an advantage.
• Experience working in defense industries / IDF background - advantage.
• Experience in matrix management of cross functional teams
• Willingness to travel abroad from time to time.
• Social media experience - advantage.
• High service orientation.
• Proactive, independent, assertive, brings "Can do approach", problem solver.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google equivalent apps.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Energetic and quick learner with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Academic degree – is a strong advantage
• Fluent English – native is a plus.
