Marketing Innovation Lead

Description

We are looking for a Marketing Innovation Lead who is passionate about creating innovative growth hacking initiatives that push the boundaries of traditional marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative, out-of-the-box marketing strategies designed to maximize brand visibility and engagement.

You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to integrate guerrilla tactics and non-traditional social media activations into our broader campaigns, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and marketing objectives.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

• Conceptualize and Execute Guerrilla Campaigns, develop and implement unique, attention-grabbing marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences, using unconventional methods and social media to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the broader marketing team, including content creators, social media managers, and digital marketing specialists, to ensure guerrilla campaigns are cohesive with overall marketing strategies.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze the success of marketing activities through key metrics and KPIs, providing detailed reports and recommendations for future initiatives.
• Continuously explore new and emerging marketing trends, tools, and platforms to stay ahead of the curve and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth hacking, guerrilla marketing, or a related field, preferably within a global or digital-first company.
• Exceptional ability to analyze data in order to extract meaningful insights, and apply these insights to drive decision-making and campaign optimization.
• A proven track record of developing and executing highly creative, unconventional marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate creative ideas into actionable marketing plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively pitch and present ideas to both internal teams and external partners.
