Arpeely is a Data-Science startup, leveraging data analysis, ML, engineering and multi-disciplinary thinking to gain a market edge and exploit hidden opportunities in real-time advertising. Processing over 0.5m requests per second and serving over 20B sub-second predictions daily, we build and operate Machine Learning algorithms running on the world’s largest Real-time-bidding (RTB) Ad-Exchanges. Arpeely is a Google AdX vendor and serves clients spanning from startups to S&P 10 companies.

About the job:

We are looking for a passionate Product Manager to join the team. As a Product Manager (PM) at Arpeely, your responsibilities will include guiding the lifecycle, development, launch, and ongoing success of our internal products. This role entails collaborating with engineering, data, and business teams to ensure that the product addresses customer needs, aligns with the company’s strategic objectives, and provides significant value.

What You’ll Do:

Define Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and customer's needs.

Gather and Document Requirements: Lead efforts to collect, analyze, and document business and customers' requirements.

Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data, and business to ensure successful product development and launch.

Manage Projects: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope.

Monitor Product Performance: Track and analyze product performance metrics, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.

Engage with Customers: Actively engage with users to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Communicate with Stakeholders: Maintain transparent and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on product progress, challenges, and achievements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of managing the full product lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts, with experience in program development and software engineering principles. Familiarity with product development processes and Agile methodologies is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in program management or managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.
• Deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering high-quality products and programs that meet those needs.
• Experience in designing, developing, and implementing programs or systems, with a solid understanding of program lifecycle management and best practices.
