a Method Validation Lead for the R&D department

Phibro is seeking a Method Validation Lead for the R&D department in the Beit Shemesh vaccines plant.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage analytical method validation projects, including conducting analytical work and writing reports.
• Develop and validate analytical methods under GMP and GLP standards:

qPCR, CELL CULTURES, VIRAL PROPAGATION, SEROLOGY, MICROBIOLOGY

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Write protocols, methods, reports, and presentations as needed.
• Collaborate with various departments, including Regulatory Affairs, QC, TSA, and Quality Assurance.
• Spend approximately 50% of working time on lab work and 50% writing protocols and reports.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in developing or validating analytical methods in the biological field - Required
• MSc degree in a biological field - Required
• High level of English proficiency, including excellent writing skills - Required
• Independent work and ability to motivate and drive projects – Required
