Electro-Mechanical & Optical Assembly Technician

Role Overview: As an Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting both mechanical and electronic components of our products. The role combines mechanical assembly skills with a strong understanding of electronic systems. If you thrive in a hands-on environment and enjoy working with mechanical and electronic technologies, this role is ideal.

Responsibilities:

●    Assemble & Build: Perform accurate assembly of electro-mechanical systems, including wiring, soldering, and automation implementation based on detailed schematics and engineering drawings.

●    Inspect & Test: Conduct comprehensive inspections and testing of mechanical and electronic assemblies to ensure product functionality and adherence to quality standards.

●    Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose and resolve issues related to both mechanical and electronic components during production and testing stages.

●    Work closely with engineering, R&D, and production teams to improve assembly processes and provide input on design and product development.

●    Document & Maintain: Maintain accurate records of assembly procedures, test results, modifications, and any repairs performed on products.

Qualifications:

●    Experience in electro-mechanical assembly, with proficiency in both mechanical and electronic components.

●    Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documents.

●    Hands-on experience with soldering, wiring, and using electronic testing equipment.

●    Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

●    Optical knowledge is an advantage, including experience with optical alignment or working with optical systems.  

●    Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
