Responsibilities

• Assisting players with their needs and issues
• Task management
• Resolving issues
• Building customer relations processes
• Processing financial requests
• Assessing basic risk
• Analyzing player behavior
• Having fun

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a relevant field
• English – Home language proficiency
• Prior work experience in any field
• Basic excel skills
• SQL basic understanding is a benefit
• A strong interest in learning about business and gaming
• “Can do” positive attitude, highly motivated with the ability to perform with independence
• Strong organizational skills
• Proactive
• Self-motivated with a deep will to continuously learn
• Good communication skills
• Monday or similar task management tools experience is a benefit
