Back End Support Manager

We're seeking a Backend Team Lead to join our large financial organization in central Israel.

Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage a backend development team, providing both technical and professional guidance

-Oversee the development and maintenance of backend technologies

-Engage in hands-on development, particularly within MS environments on infrastructures

-Drive the development of backend infrastructure

-Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in developing backend technologies, with a focus on Java.
• 5 years of experience in application development, including 2 years in infrastructure development
• Experience as a team lead or in a professional leadership role
• Development experience in Microsoft environments on infrastructures such as K8s and OpenShift
• Experience in cloud development and knowledge of cloud technologies
