Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technological development within R&D laboratories.
- Collaborate with production teams to enhance existing manufacturing technologies and explore new technological solutions.
- Plan, manage, execute, and present R&D experiments according to departmental requirements.
- Work closely and collaborate with parallel R&D teams.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Education: Master’s degree in Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or Engineering is mandatory.
- Experience: 3-5 years of industry experience, preferably in material extraction and formulation.
- Skills: Strong ability to find creative and innovative solutions.
- Advantageous Experience: Experience in scaling up chemical processes is an advantage.
- Preferred Background: Experience in product development within the food industry or dietary supplements is a plus.
- Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills and the ability to lead collaborations with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Cultural Fit: Ability to align with the company’s organizational culture, particularly within the R&D department.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
