Today, we are recruiting for a Procurement professional to join our team in Israel

What are my responsibilities?

• Preparing orders in SAP, tracking delivery terms. continuous communication with suppliers, full responsibility until payment.
• Implement and manage supplier contracts and agreements to meet the specific needs of the business whilst ensuring service continuity and mitigating risk.
• Ensure Siemens interests are represented in all competitive sourcing activities leading to continuous improvement in quality, cost, delivery, service and technology.
• Drive productivity initiatives within assigned commodities to maximize
• Supplier Evaluation: Conducting performance reviews and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• material cost savings.
• Coordinate with relevant parties the supplier onboarding process and documentation.
• Evaluate supplier delivery performance and provide feedback to the relevant strategic buyer and management.
  
  

What do I need to qualify for this Job?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Material Engineering, international trade of economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or any equivalent field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing departments & vendor management.
• Good Knowledge of SAP in the MM module is preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Professionalism & strong work ethic.
• Languages: Hebrew & English must know well.
• Multi-tasking skills and problem-solving ability.
• KPI’s – create & measure
  
  

Our office is in Ashkelon – Expect 3 days at the office.
