Data Architect

The Data Architect will play a critical role in shaping the data and analytics architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and leading in the implementation of initiatives related to Data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect data solutions ensuring that data solutions are built for performance, fault tolerance and security with reusable patterns. Propose data security measures and techniques and guide on their implementation. Lead end-to end data lifecycle management activities and offer guidance.

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand analytics requirements and translate them into data architecture solutions.

• Investigate emerging technologies and advise on their adoption on the data domain. Lead & participate in proof-of-concept projects and other projects that are in early use of new technologies.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data and analytics architectures, standards, and guidelines

• Establish and enforce data governance principles, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations, security standards, and best practices

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with architectural standards and facilitate effective communication.

• Collaborate with business leaders, data scientists, and IT teams to understand data requirements and formulate an architecture that enables efficient and effective analytics

• Lead initiatives related or with heavy dependence on data.

• Partner with business and technology to develop and implement long-term strategic roadmaps as well as short-term tactical solutions that move us toward our long-term goals
