Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Recruiter at Yael Group in Kfar Saba, with flexibility for remote work. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, technical recruiting, hiring, and effective communication to attract top talent to the organization.

Qualifications

• Technical recruiting experience is necessary, 2 years or more
• Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and Hiring skills
• Sourcing experience and Ability to identify and attract top technical talent
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus
