We are looking for an experienced and motivated Controller for our growing financial team in Beit Kama, Israel.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Overseeing financial reporting for the Israeli parent entity and international subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards.
• Reporting tax returns for companies in Israel as well as for subsidiaries in Canada and the UAE.
• Managing current and deferred taxes, including building group-level tax forecasts.
• Developing and maintaining an internal control framework while implementing SOX 404.
• Managing a team of assistant controllers, providing guidance and development.
• Collaborating with other departments (e.g., R&D, Sales and Marketing) to ensure accurate accounting of financial data and leading cross-functional projects
• .Maintaining a high professional standard in changing accounting and tax standards, analyzing their impact on financial reporting.

Job Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant
• (CPA)At least 5 years of experience in accounting roles within public/industrial/pharmaceutical entities or in a senior position in one of the Big 4 accounting firms.
• Proven experience in managing and leading financial reporting teams.
• Deep familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and experience in financial statement consideration.
• Deep knowledge of Israeli tax regulations, with additional experience in Canadian and/or UAE taxation being an advantage.
• Ability to meet reporting deadlines accurately in a dynamic and changing business environment.
• High analytical skills, strong interpersonal communication, and high personal motivation with the ability to lead and develop a team.
• Experience working with ERP systems. M3/ Netsuite is an advantage.
• High proficiency in English and Hebrew.
