We are a fast-growing tech/project company based in Tel Aviv, specializing in campaign management systems and political consulting. With a team of 20 talented professionals, we're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to help streamline our processes and support our executive team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our C-level executives to implement strategies, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a liaison between C-level executives and various departments

- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency across all teams

- Implement and maintain operational processes and best practices

- Manage cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery

- Assist in resource allocation and workload management

- Prepare and analyze operational reports and metrics

- Contribute to strategic planning and goal-setting

- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

- 5+ years of experience in operations management or similar role

- Strong understanding of various business functions (e.g., sales, marketing, customer success, tech)

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Experience in the tech industry or political consulting is a plus
