Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the UI/UX design process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective user experiences.
• Supervise and review the work of team members, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
• Manage and prioritize the team’s workload, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet the highest standards.
• Estimate project timelines and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working directly with clients.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring a design team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate ideas clearly.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating user-centered designs.
