Solution Engineer

Solutions Engineer; Hybrid - Tel Aviv, Israel or Hybrid - New York City, NY

Responsibilities;
Bridge Sales and Engineering: Act as the primary liaison between sales and engineering teams, guiding the product from pre-sales discussions through to post-integration support bringing a deep understanding of the business and customer needs to the table.
Drive Product Improvement: Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to refine processes and identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
Customer Success: Partner with customers during pre-sales and implementation to ensure rapid, seamless, and delightful product integrations, resulting in high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Technical Expertise: Leverage your deep technical knowledge to solve complex customer challenges, provide tailored solutions, and advocate for customer needs in product development.

Qualifications
Professional experience: 5+ years as a Solutions engineer, Technical account manager or similar role at a data company or data oriented role.
Technical expertise: 5+ years of experience in SQL, with a demonstrated ability to write complex queries that meet business objectives.
Experience with Data Platforms: Hands-on experience with data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, and familiarity with ETL/ELT and BI systems.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business data needs and the ability to translate those needs into technical solutions.
Customer-Facing Experience: Previous experience in roles such as Data Analyst, Solution Engineer, or Presales Engineer, with a strong focus on customer interaction and satisfaction.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Organizational Skills: Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a startup or fast-growing tech environment.
Experience with AI/ML or generative AI technologies.
Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
