About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced BI Tech Lead to join our analytics team in Tel Aviv. As a technical leader, you will be instrumental in shaping the organization's analytics, with a focus on customer-facing analytics. Your expertise in data modeling will be crucial in creating and maintaining analytics solutions that help stakeholders make informed decisions. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to advance your skills and directly contribute to BigPanda's customers and product.

Our Business Intelligence and Analytics team, part of the Data Platform group, is a dynamic group of professionals who collaborate well. We utilize core technologies such as Snowflake, DBT (Data Build Tool), and Sisense and deploy using CI/CD practices to transform raw data into meaningful insights.

What you will do:

• Implement optimized queries and ETL processes from various sources
• Develop scalable analytic solutions in the context of challenging automated services
• Identify and resolve technical issues that arise and proactively address potential issues before they impact users
• Lead infrastructure projects to equip BI engineers with tools for product improvement
• Collaborate with data professionals, product managers, and other customer-facing functions
  
  

What skills and experience you’ll bring to BigPanda:

• 6+ years of prior experience as a BI Engineer or a Data Engineer
• Providing technical leadership by guiding and supporting the team
• Experience with ETL development and data modeling methodologies
• Experience working with SQL, Snowflake, or equivalent data warehouses
• Experience with Python software development
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
