Electronics/Electrical Engineering Team lead

A global medical device company is seeking a senior and talented Electrical engineer to lead the electrical engineer's team. We're looking for someone who can lead projects from the initial design phase all the way through to mass production."

*Responsibilities:*

• Oversee the entire hardware development lifecycle, from concept to production, ensuring adherence to timeline and budget constraints.

• Management of the electrical engineer's team

• Development and verification of mixed-signal (embedded) electronic Boards. • Responsible for documenting and implementing electronic specifications and design methodology, including functions, modules, verification testing, Design reviews.

• Formulates procedures, protocols, and tests reports

• Collaborate with multiple functions in the organization such as SW development, System Engineering, QA/RA, Operations

• Hands-on approach.

*Requirements:*

• Graduate (B.sc or higher) in Electronic Engineering or related field.

• At least 8 years of experience in Analog design, bring-up, and debugging. Preferred with digital and RF design.

• At least 3 years of management experience

• Passion for hands-on working & problem-solving

• Experience in multi-disciplinary system design- Must have. Preferred from the medical device industry.

• Familiar with the following interfaces: RS232 ,I2C ,SPI ,USB ,BLE ,RF

• Familiar with different sensor types- Analog is necessary, e.g. digital, magnetic, optical, etc.

• Hands-on abilities during boards/system debugging

• Familiar with EMC and safety standards IEC-60601

• High-level English speaking and writing skills location: center
