Your Opportunity:
We are rapidly growing and looking for a Marketing specialist to join our marketing efforts in the B2B space. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and professional company, where you will play a key role in building and expanding the marketing department and implementing the company’s marketing strategy.
The role will be guided by an external CMO.
Responsibilities
- TOFU (Top of Funnel) Management: Oversee TOFU activities within the lead funnel, working closely with the sales team.
- Event Initiation and Planning: Organize and execute events such as webinars and meetups, and coordinate marketing activities in collaboration with clients and business partners.
- Social Media Management: Manage media channels and increase follower count.
- Community Management: Handle community management and collaborate with community managers for partnerships.
- Outreach Management: Oversee outreach activities to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
- Event Participation: Attend business events and trade shows.
- Newsletter Management: Write and manage the company newsletter.
- Collaboration: Create partnerships with communities and influencers.
- Campaign Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to improve and optimize efforts.
- Brand Development and Maintenance: Develop and maintain the company's brand.
- Plan and execute campaigns and events
- Track, analyze and report the success of those campaigns and events
- Empower the sales team with marketing content and campaigns that help drive sales
Qualifications
- 3-5 years' of marketing experience
- BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Fluency in Hebrew is required.
- Experience working with AI tools.
- Experience working with LinkedIn.
- At least 3 years of experience in creating content focused on social media platforms.
- Previous experience in organizing and participating in events, meetups, and client conferences.
