We are seeking a dynamic, open minded, Hands-on, Project Systems Engineer to join our R&D team. If you are passionate about pushing boundaries and developing and integrating multidisciplinary Computer Vision AI solutions, at challenging environments, we are the place for you!

As a Project Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the design adaptation, integration design, deployment and testing in the lab and field of our innovative solutions.

In your day-to-day you'll

• Perform the systems engineering and lead the development activities in the integration and deployment of our innovative solutions in multiple domains, including aerospace, industry 4.0 and more.
• From customer contractual requirements analysis, through specific project requirements definition, architecture definition, features development, integration and testing in the lab and in the field, up to a successful delivery to the customer.
• Perform and deliver as the Technical Project Manager of our customer development projects, while collaborating closely with the Business Project Manager.
• Collaborate as an integral part of cross-functional team of engineers including - embedded and cloud software engineers, hardware engineers, electro optics specialists, algorithms researchers, and product managers to define system requirements, specifications, and design.
• Develop and maintain system-level documentation, including architecture diagrams, interface control documents, test plans, DRs and technical reports, internally and in front of customers.
• Plan, lead and perform field activities at customer sites, including surveys, integration and testing (e.g. flight testing in the Aerospace domain) and reports writing.

To excel in this role, we need you to have

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Aeronautics/ Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of 5+ years of hands-on experience in leading systems engineering activities of complex multidisciplinary systems, with a focus on embedded systems, aerospace, AI and computer vision.
• Experience working directly with customers and representing the company interests in front of them
• Great system view and understanding of user needs transformation to requirements and design.
• Experience in integrating systems on various aircraft types.
• Practical knowledge of complete development lifecycle processes such as traditional waterfall as well as Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet aggressive deadlines.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and insights to diverse stakeholders, including executives, engineers, customers, and partners.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Hard worker with a can-do approach, who loves to be hands on.

• Holding an advanced degree in Systems Engineering
• Hands-on development experience with image/video processing based systems, Edge AI systems, IoT devices, and camera sensors, combined with cloud based systems.
• With deep understanding of defense and aerospace systems, including avionics and the associated avionics certification processes (Environmental/EMC Qualification, Airworthiness, RAMS, etc.)
