Product Leader - Mechanical Engineer

D.M. Benatav, a leading company in the medical device industry with over 40 years of expertise in manufacturing coils, medical sensors, and more, is expanding its team. We are currently inviting skilled Product Leaders to join our dynamic engineering team

Key Responsibilities:

·       Responsible for defining manufacturing processes, engineering documentation, and Change Orders (ECO).

·       Provide engineering support for existing products (CPE) and manage the product lifecycle across various departments (procurement, manufacturing, quality, logistics, subcontractors, domestic and international customers, etc.).

·       Guide manufacturing processes, including mapping and improving facility and production processes.

·       Address routine issues and provide immediate solutions during production downtown

·       Lead the transition from development to production (NPI), and overseeing manufacturing processes, including documentation and control of product/system changes in information systems.

·       Execute development prototypes, engineering, and production runs.

·       Execute, lead, and manage projects and engineering activities with manufacturing characteristics such as Failure analysis, Cost reduction, and Yield improvement.

·       Conduct various experiments as part of fault research and proposed change verification.

Job Requirements:

·       Mechanical Engineer with professional experience in a medical equipment company.

·       Over 3 years of experience transitioning products from development to production (NPI) in the engineering department.

·       Proficiency in mechanical CAD systems (preference for SolidWorks) - significant advantage.

·       High proficiency in both English and Hebrew.

·       Creative thinking, process leadership, a proactive approach, and excellent interpersonal skills.
