Job Description

Technically lead multidisciplinary large complex projects from kick-off to release: planning, budget, timeline, execution, control, tracking, and risks mitigation
Serve as interface between the R&D product line to the manufacturing and operation teams
Manage HW modules developments from KO to field proliferation including obsoletes replacements and CIPs
Responsible for program success: Comply to content & performance to spec, schedule and budget.
Verify product performance validation @ customers sites, and support / manage field technical escalations
Smooth transition from NPI Gate R to HVM and Field proliferation

Requirements:

Ove r3 years of experience in HW R&D Development / HW project manager
Strong Product and System understanding with advantage to multi-disciplinary experience
Strong management skills in a complex and dynamic matrix and multi-national environment
Excellent inter-personal & communication skills
Good understanding of HW development processes
Highly motivated & Fast learning
Ability to overcome obstacles, flexible & independent
